Course Description:

This training is essential to equip construction supervisors and anyone with authority over workers with the essential knowledge and skills needed to fulfill their legal duties under the OHSA and navigate their crucial roles within the Internal Responsibility System (IRS) on construction projects. Participants will gain a deep understanding of their legal duties, hazard recognition, due diligence, and what actions to take when faced with unexpected challenges.
